The new me.
Hello everyone! Since this is my first post in this blogging world, i would like to appreciate you guys for reading this. Thank you guys! *hugs*
Turning point in my life? Well, I guess everyone has their own kind of turning over a new leaf. So do me. Actually since I was a young little cute kid, I am the one that having fun with my life. I do enjoy in everything i did. Honestly, I still remember when I was Form 4, I was super lazy to do any homework that teachers gave them to me because I enjoy my life living easy and happy all the time. One fine day, I listened to a talk. A motivation talk. Later on I realized that there is no shortcut to success. I need to work hard in order to achieve success. But it was already at eleventh hour! Final examination was just around the corner. Somehow, I did not gave up. As for me, someone who gave up before the war is a coward. Totally a loser. Praises to Allah, even though it was a last minute study but I managed to get Top 20 which mean that I will be placed in the first class next year (Form 5).
The first class of form 5 students in my school is 5 Irsyad. The first time I entered that class, I was quite upset since there is none of my best buddies. One word of my first impression of my classmates is NERD. Through out the year being with them, it was not that bad. As saying goes, do not judge a book by its cover. In this context, what I mean is do not simply judge person by their first appearance. I was having fun along the year with my classmates. They were so nice and kind. They will help me if I do not understand something. I was so grateful to be in that class. Time flied so fast and finally the day of fear – SPM examination day came. Everybody was very nerve-wrecking. Butterflies flew in everybody’s stomach. Paper by paper, we faced them calmly. For me, I really satisfied with what I answered during the whole examination week. Have faith in Allah. He will always be the best planner in our life. That is what I believed and told myself every single day.

After months of waiting the SPM result day, finally on 8th
March the result will be announced. Everyone else might feel frightened of the
upcoming result. But I did not feel that feeling, because I’ve done my best. If
Allah wills, then I will get the flying colour result. If not, I am okay….. I
still remember that moments when my childhood best friend called me “Hi, Fatin!
I’ve already checked my result. Alhamdulillah, 8A+ 1A. What about you?” I
already expect that she will get straight A’s but there is no luck on her to
get 9A+. But it is okay, that was great enough! She asked me to check my result
via SMS. I do so as her advice. Then, I got the reply. “Your result: 5A+ 4A 1A-“
Oh my god! I got straight A’s. My daddy gave me a warming hug. I cried on his
shoulder. Thanks Allah for this beautiful life.
Okay, enough for that sweet memories. Memories will stay
forever in our heart. Today, I am here. Secure a scholarship from Yayasan
Terengganu and living as a TATIUC student to do our preparation programme. And
again, time passed by too fast! I am already in my second semester. Do not ask
me my semester 1 result, I do not even get it yet! However, new semester and of
course new aim, new me. Aim high, fly high, isn’t it? Of course, every student will aim to get 4 flat. So do me. But, my personal determination is to be a
better person day by day. Not only achieving success in this world, but also in
the hereafter.
Till then, bye! Meet again in next entry :)
